🌟 A warming and grounding yoga session, led by Jen Sedgwick. This gentle sequence is designed to awaken your body, connect with the shifting season, and warm you up after your swim.

🌟 Essential oils to open your airways and ground yourself, deepening your connection to the moment.

🌟 A hot drink to warm up as we chat and soak up the experience together.

This event is perfect for anyone who wants to embrace the changing seasons and take a moment to reset. Whether you’re a seasoned dipper or curious to try your first dip, you’ll be in safe, experienced hands.

The Wild Swim and Yoga Event is hosted by Caroline and Jen, bringing together their unique expertise to create a magical and transformative morning.

Caroline is a fully qualified Personal and Executive Coach, and Cold Water Therapy Coach with a passion for nature and cold water therapy. She creates a relaxed, down-to-earth environment where guests can truly be themselves. Her approach blends practical coaching with the healing power of nature, guiding participants through reflection, laughter, and cold water therapy.

Jen is a yoga and pilates teacher, Shamanic healer, and facilitator of women’s womb and moon circles. Known for her grounding yet magical approach, she guides participants into their hearts and wombs to connect with their powerful, authentic selves. With the mantra “the magic begins with the first breath,” Jen’s gentle yoga session will help you honour the season and step into your inner magic.

Together, Caroline and Jen offer a safe, supportive, and inspiring space for you to connect with nature, the changing seasons, and yourself.

Cold water therapy may not be suitable for people with heart conditions, epilepsy, diabetes, asthma, covid, or if you are pregnant. Please seek professional medical advise from your GP if you are unsure of any other conditions you may have.

Yoga is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

All participants will be required to complete a medical form and disclaimer upon booking.

  • Absolutely not. You will never be asked to do anything you don't feel comfortable with. If you do not want to enter the water you do not have to, or you can just have a paddle. Whatever feels good for you.

  • Please do! I have at least one newbie on every event that I run, in fact most people come as strangers, but I can almost guarantee they leave as friends.

  • You will be sent a - very short - kit list the week before the event. There is no specialist equipment on there, the main thing is that you come as who you are!

  • There is the option to add transport from 2 different meeting points across the Fylde Coast. If these don't suit you, please send me a message prior to booking and we will see what we can do. Failing that, encourage a friend that is happy to drive to come with you!

  • I’m not that fit either. I will ALWAYS walk at the speed of the person at the back - it gives me a great excuse to catch my breath!

Cancellation Policy

Caroline Thompson and Beyond Cold Water Therapy will always do its best to ensure your event  goes ahead however we do reserve the right to alter your event location, time and / or date if necessary due to reasons beyond our control such as; safety issues, adverse weather conditions or extreme circumstances and no refunds will be available.

If you wish to cancel, cancellation at anytime will incur a minimum 50% cancellation charge.
If cancelling more than 8 weeks before the event you will be given a 50% refund of all money paid to date.
If cancelling more than 4 weeks, but within 8 weeks, of the event you will be given a 30% refund of all money paid to date.
If cancelling within 4 weeks of the event, no refund is given.
Bookings can be rescheduled as an alternative to cancelling.
