Caroline Thompson
Caroline has been guiding people into cold water for two years, and coaching women for 8 years before that. Caroline’s superpower is meeting you exactly where you are at and then working with you to help you gain the courage and confidence to do hard things (like immerse yourself in ice cold water!)
